A lot of things have changed since the last release of PowerWB. Read the
documentation carefully before trying to use the new version. I suggest
to remove the old PowerWB stuff from your HD (user-startup entry, too),
first.
Although I did not want to make a prefs program before V1.0, you get it
already with this release. It needs MUI and I'm afraid it might not work
on OS 2.x. Please let me know. You might find it also a little bit big.
This is because a great deal of it is based on PrefsAttack (from Power-
Windows) and I have done everything in a great hurry.
Last minute:
============
o There's a demo config file in the "PowerWB/Presets". The standard config
file sets everything to be like in older versions of PowerWB.
o There's a cool Iconify icon in "PowerWB/Icons". If you want PowerWBPrefs
to use this icon, when you iconify it, you have to make an "Icons"
directory in the directory where you have copied PowerWBPrefs to and
copy the .info file there.
o The documentation has some links to images in the "Images" directory. If
during installation you have copied PowerWB.guide in another directory
and still want the image links to work you have to copy the "Images"
directory to the same location.
o In "Tools" there's a small program which can be used to quit PowerWB.
This utility will not be installed by the installation script.
o The MUI layout engine is sometimes really strange. I tried very hard but
was not able to get the vertical GUI sizing work correctly, therefore
vertical sizing is actually not possible. I want the listviews in the
"Shortcuts" and "Gadgets" page to grow, when I resize the window, but
the only things that grow are the RectangleObjects (I have tried to place
them at any position you can imagine) ... help!!!!
Another strange thing is that, when I have a GUI which is actually re-
sizable horizontally, and then add one object that has a fixed width
to one of the pages (which are part of MUIA_Group_PageMode group) then
the window stops from being resizable (in horizontal direction). Is the
layout engine really meant to work this way, or am I doing something
wrong?

PS: Accessing of the PowerWB directory here will only work after having
read this text. If you have done that but still get "Access Denied"
error messages, select "Window/Update" ("Fenster/Aktualisieren" -
"Finestre/Aggiornare") from the Workbench menu and try again ...
